Fair data collection principles

What information is being processed?
CEU Consulting as data processor is collecting data from its customers and suppliers in order to provide its core service, which is public sector consultancy and to comply with the specific donor tendering process requirements. The data collection process is in line with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the national legislation of Slovak republic.

Who is collecting the data?
CEU Consulting GmbH, with its registered address at: Neulerchenfelder straße 57/21, 1160 Vienna, Austria together with its operations office registered under CEU Consulting sro, Záborského 42, 831 03 Bratislava, Slovak republic (further as ‘CEU Consulting’)

How is it collected?
CEU collects information from potential suppliers - experts in the form of curriculum vitae to apply for specific project positions or as a general enquiry. Secondly information for closing contractual agreements and information from its suppliers for invoicing and accounting purposes. The data received in the form of electronic documents received by email.

Why is it being collected?
Information and data is being collected at CEU in connection to the following activities:
   - Implementation of consulting contracts, requests for services and specific agreements;
   - Submission of expressions of interest and offers for tenders;
   - Framework contracts application processes e.g. internal consortium evaluations;
   - Consultation process with experts involved in the preparation of tender offers;
   - Closing of insurance contracts related to the contract related expert missions,
      staff mission travels;
   - Logistical arrangements related to accommodation and transport;
   - Organisation and management of events, conferences, meetings and seminar

How will it be used?
The data is being stored internally within the organisation, implementing the security levels and accessibility solely for its internal staff and purposes (as defined above), in line with the requirements of the GDPR legislation.

Right to be forgotten.
All requests regarding collected data should be made by email to the following email address:ceu@ceuconsulting.com.

Upon receiving the request, CEU Consulting will provide information to the specific data subject on the related information stored, provide an update of the stored information or delete specific data within shortest possible time period.

With whom is the data shared?
Collected data will not be shared with any third parties, unless specifically agreed with the data subject in writing or based on a contractual obligation with a donor or a specific legislation bound obligation (e.g. bookkeeping, audit, employment etc.).
